"Mm-man I am too old for this site...

Well hello mm-my name is Ned and just in case you're wondering I joined this site because it was suggested to me by my old war and hunting buddy Jimbo. Mm-there isn't many adults from South park on this site is there? Never mind while I am at it I might as well get to know the kids around here and answer your questions too before my..voice...box....gives.....out."

"I'm a fighter not a lover... just ask my ex wife, I'm sure she will tell you all about the relationship problems that we had.
I normally let Jimbo do all the talking for mm-me because I struggle to talk with my electronic voice box or my electro larynx whatever I'm using at the time.
Mm-I-mmmm-only have my left arm since my right arm blew up when a grenade exploded in my hand while I was fighting in Vietnam...well my right arm isn't gone completely there's still a bit of a stump there.
Mm-my hair color is both grey and brown in places but it's starting to go grey more than ever now.
I have a small mustache and a goatee.
I have brown eyes and I wear a black bandanna ,a camouflage shirt and blue jeans.
I used to smoke mm.. a lot more than I should of done.
My eye sights not what it used to be...
Mm I used to be a state champion boxer.
I used to be a good singer...mm not like I can't sing well now.
I have a licence to handle a gun and trust mm-me I have lot's of guns, sometimes I forget where I put them.
I'm very forgetful witch doesn't help because I'm a....mm-well I'm an accident prone.
I haven't been in South park all my life but after Vietnam ,also after being divorced I decided to mm-move to South park with Jimbo.
I have no sons or daughters.
The only love I have in this world is the love of blasting animals brains out."

'Sparks.': ~"Sparks is my pretend daughter mm-even though I have no idea why anyone would see me as a father but still she keeps me company."

'Stan': ~"Mm-Stan is Jimbo's nephew he is pretty cool,besides he doesn't like hunting but I guess that's not his fault."

'Carmen': ~"She's Spark's best friend."

'Colin': ~"Mm-he is a normal kid but he is also a nice kid."

'Rags': ~"He's a nice little guy who is mm-homeless,I guess sometimes it would be better for the both of us if I had no sense of smell."
